Ordering instructions:

After reading the ordering instructions, please use the "ORDER" button to place your order. Please be sure to include all of the required information.

If you would like to order using PayPal, please be sure to include your PayPal email address. If your PayPal email address is different from your regular email address, please note the PayPal email address in the “Special Instructions” area. We will calculate the shipping cost and send a PayPal invoice. PayPal payments must be received within 24 hours of your receipt of the PayPal invoice. Please make sure that your PayPal shipping address is correct!

If you would like to order using your credit card, please be sure to include your telephone number on your order. You may call us, or we will call you for the credit card information. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

If you would like to pay via check or money order, please complete the order form. We will calculate the shipping cost and send an email with the total amount due. We will hold the item(s) seven days for receipt of payment. 

International orders are via PayPal or credit card only. 

Shipping Policies:
Shipping cost is the USPS Priority Mail or UPS Ground published rates plus full insurance and signature confirmation. We use both UPS and USPS. 

International packages are shipped via the United States Post Office Insured Priority Mail. If you would like an alternate shipping method, please contact us before placing your order.

Sorry, we do not offer a layaway plan.

placing a Preorder:

After reading the preordering instructions, please use the "ORDER" button to place your preorder. Please be sure to include all of the required information. Please read the preorder terms below BEFORE placing a preorder!

Cancellation of ANY part of a preorder will cancel the ENTIRE preorder.

Payment for preorders is due when the items arrive in our store. If payment is not received within five (5) days, your preorders will be cancelled.

Shipping charges are based on weight and at our cost (See "Shipping Charges" above.) As we do not know the exact weight for preordered items or future UPS/USPS rates, we cannot give preorder shipping rates.

Preorder Deposits:
Some preorders may require a 25 percent deposit. If a deposit is required, we will let you know at the time that the preorder is placed. 
Preorder deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If you have cancelled preorders in the past, we will require a 25 percent deposit. 

Return Policy:

Returns are only accepted for items received damaged.
If you have received a damaged item, please contact us immediately.
The item will be replaced with the same item.  
Requests for a return must be made within ten (10) days of receipt of the package.
